Crochet Doily Pattern

Learn how to crochet and work this doily pattern I created for the arms of our lounge suite.

This lovely lace doily is a match for the headrest covers resting on the backs of each lounge chair shown on my Crochet Made Easy page. The number, shape, and arrangement of the motifs has been altered to suit the armrest.

Work this doily in No.10 crochet cotton. This size yarn is quite hardy and will stand a lot of laundering. I made my original head and armrest covers twenty-five years ago, and I'm only now replacing the armrest doily with this design. The headrest lace doily patterns are still in good condition.

If the terminology used in my crochet doily pattern differs from what you're used to, check my equivalency tables for easy conversion.
