Materials: 25g ball green 8ply synthetic yarn, 5.00mm crochet hook, sequins or beads for decoration, sewing needle and gren thread. Measurements: 10cm [4ins] high, 7cm [2.75ins] wide.. Stitches: Chain, Slip Stitch, Treble, Double Crochet, Decrease. Christmas Tree Work 3 sections separately. Base Section Work 14ch, 1htr in 3rd ch from hook, 1tr in each of next 9ch, 1htr in next ch, 1dc in last ch. Turn. Work 1ss into each of 1st 2 sts, 1dc in next st, 1htr in next st, 1tr in each of next 5 sts, dec. Do not fasten off. 2nd Tier Work 12ch, 1htr in 3rd ch from hook, 1tr in each of next 7ch, 1htr in next ch, 1dc in last ch. Turn. Work 1ss into each of 1st 2 sts, 1dc in next st, 1htr in next st, 1tr in each of next 3 sts, dec. Do not fasten off. Join to base section by placing right sides together, ss over 1st 2 sts, on base section, miss 2 sts on 2nd tier, [1dc through next st on base and back loop only on 2nd tier] 5 times. Fasten off. Top Tier Work 10ch, 1htr in 3rd ch from hook, 1tr in each of next 5ch, 1htr in next ch, 1dc in last ch. Turn. Work 1ss into each of 1st 2 sts, 3ch, dec. Fasten off. Join to 2nd tier by placing right sides together, ss over 1st 2 sts, on base section, miss 2 sts on 2nd tier, [1dc through next st on base and back loop only on 2nd tier] 5 times. Fasten off.
